David Roach - Director

The Director provides PD and TA in all facets of the identification, evaluation and provision of services to children with disabilities, provides professional development and technical assistance in the implementation of the Operating Standards for Ohio's Schools Serving Children with Disabilities and assists districts and parents in the resolution of problems. As director, provides personnel and fiscal functions associated with the operation of the agency.
